Vivara uses CS2 Game State Integration. Install the GSI cfg from Settings, start the game, and the Live page shows "Receiving" when data arrives. Bomb, radar and player data all come from this connection.
The game reads its configuration only when it starts. Install the GSI cfg from Settings (or press Launch, which does it for you), then fully restart CS2.
Open the URLs page, copy the scene you want and add it as a Browser Source at 1920 × 1080 in OBS. The Active HUD URL is the in-game HUD, and the Overlay URL contains the matchup, lineup, bracket and other scenes.
It is our recommended set of observer settings: HUD scale, radar, spectator options, and it hides CS2's own killfeed because Vivara draws it in the HUD. Install it from Settings and run exec vivara_observe in the CS2 console.
That error comes from HLAE itself after a CS2 update and is not something Vivara can fix. Update HLAE to the newest version, or wait for the HLAE team to release a fix for the latest CS2 build.
Make sure the player has opened their link and allowed the camera, and that they are the player currently being observed. If you use Chrome, reload the HUD page after creating the session.
Yes. The app checks for new versions in the background and installs them when you restart. You can also check manually with the update button at the top of the app.
Yes. Add operators under Users. They get full access through your subscription, and your teams, players and settings are shared.
Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen, enter your email and follow the link we send you. The link works once and expires after an hour. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
Open Settings → Support and click Send diagnostic report. It includes the app version, your system, which tools were detected and the latest log lines, with tokens and personal folder names removed. You can also download the report and attach it to an email.
